Ive been doing this diet for 2 weeks now and its very easy for me to follow. I would count the cals from the ketchup if you are using it. It still has cals. Your diet should be fine also. Just make sure you keep the refeeds in there to prevent starvation mode.

I would get the Fats up maybe with some EFA's to account for the low cals. You don't want your metabolism to be sacrificed too much.

You should probably be closer to a min of 2000 cals per day, but then again that all depends on the individuals metabolism

    Ketchup has sugar.

Also, why are you doing such a low carb diet anyway? Glad to see at least your going to incorporate a refeed.

Wow, those cals are super low. Bring them up to at least 2000, man, I'd even say 2,400, I mean, you're starting off at like 8x BW, what on earth are you going to eat as you drop more cals further on in the cut?

    Peace.

its weird i know the cals are low but im used to eating 3 meals only but now that im eating 6 meals that are 10x healthier i feel fuller and i dont feel the cravings that i used to so i dont feel like im depriving myself when it comes to calories. For example 2 cans of tuna with some green beans and 4 oz of home breaded chicken has alot more volume than a hamburger with fries and fills me up more and leaves me full for 3 hrs or more but since im eating every 3 hrs im never really hungry.
