    question for the ladies....

    My girlfriend wants to start a good exercise program and nutrition program. She is about 5'2 or 3 and weighs probably 120-130, thats a total guess since she never wants me to see it, but she isn't overweight by any means. Any sugguestions on what she should do for either program?? She wants to get toned, but not muscular, any info and feedback would be greatly appreciated.

    Okay, she's a teacher, so she does moderate walking around, this is really her first time working out, but she is in good shape from being a dancer and stuff. I'd say she's moderate....

    yeah, some people would be shocked if they saw what BBer's wives look like. It's all in what appeals to them. Usually, you're gonna find a BBer looks for someone with the same interest. If the mutual interest isn't there, then there's conflict of interest and lack of understand

    Hmmm, I could give you some tips BUT...............I am a guy.......and you clearly want ladies opinions (even though more than half of my clients are women) so I will bow out of this thread and let the girls take over

    Toned What's this with toned? You either have muscle or you don't. No such thing as toned. Lifting weights is the only way. She can do the same workout that you do, just lighter weight.
