You know to add calories you can just double the serving of whey, add cottage cheese, add oats, add oat bran, add a few strawberries and heavy whipping cream, add flax seed oil, add natty peanut butter etc....Dairy products suck for the most part, unless it's cottage cheese. Heavy whipping cream you can get away with too, but lactose in milk makes most people bloat.
