I'm looking for an old nutritional program called BodyCraft, made by Alpha Sports in 1995, version 3.1. It comes on floppy disks its so old. The company has since gone out of business and no longer makes this software.
If any of you out there have it and are willing to make me a copy or let me purchase the old set of disks from you I'd be happy to pay for it or give you something in return. I have a printing business so perhaps some free business cards or comp cards would sweeten the deal for you.
I will check out CrossTrainer 5. I'm seeking the old BodyCraft because I've never been able to find a program that allows you to enter your own foods, own food values and then lets you change the portion size and recalculates the nutrient info. I weigh and record all my food in grams. With BodyCraft I can type in Costco Chicken 112g, then when making my daily menu I can type in that I ate 82g and the program calculates all the nutrient info.
Most programs don't let you get that detailed which is what I seek. Although I will definitly try out any programs you all recommend and appreciate the advice.
40 bucks expensive? That's like £25 in my money. I'd say it's a snip at that price. It records nutrition, weight training training, aerobic exercise, supplements and lets you keep a written log. My training has improved so much since I started using this product about 2 years ago.
The photo in my profile is me from last summer. You don't want to see what I looked like 5 years ago. A fat blubbering mess
Proteins are good... Fats are good... Carbs are the problem!
No more expensive than a computer game, much cheaper than MS software. A lot more useful though.
It has a pretty good food database in it, but I like the fact that I can add other stuff into, delete stuff I never buy, etc. If you use a HRM, it can import data from some of them. You can track all kinds of stuff via charts and graphs if you want to.
