Just wanted to add a couple things, I work out either at 9:30AM or 6:30PM, so I'm not quite sure what to do for pre/post workout meals, and I guess what I think would help me out the most would be a sample meal plan or something, or any advice you can give. Thanks!



I get the 5-6 meals a day part, but I'm not quite sure how to get 1-1.5 g of protein a day as I don't know how much protein is in different types of food unless it's marked right on the package. I guess I just need help putting it all together into something that is realistic for me. Well, hope you can help!
