yes my diet is low in fat, that what works best for me, however I do get fat, mainly EFA's thru my oils, e.g. fish oil and oil based dressings either on my salad or I marinate my chicken breast in it. I am also getting fat from my chicken breast, protein bars and steak, oh I also throw some almonds in my salads too.
now, this just my cutting diet, otherwise my fat and carb intake would be much higher!
