Low Glycemic Index But High Insulin Response???

BODYBUILDING SUPPLEMENTS
High Quality Supplements For Bodybuilders and Athletes. www.ironmaglabs.com
i read somewhere, that some foods are listed low on the GI list, but still have a high insulin response? like dairy foods. what does that mean? i thought low GI meant low insulin output? i am confused now. what other foods are there like that?

Your right cytrix! For example, milk is a low glycemic food yet it releases a large amount of insulin. However, for most foods there is a high correlation between high glycemic and high insulin response.

No problem Cytrix, but generally speaking higher glycemic is positively correlated to higher insulin.
