Typically every 4-5 days you should refeed. It depends on how lean you are. The leaner you are the more frequent refeeds.
My diet is like 1700 cals 60g carb a day and on my refeed last week i ate like 350 g carbs protien at 1g/lb and min fat. By late tuesday night i was craving carbs and my energy was low does this mean that i need another refeed or maybe a carb up? Im in the gym every day and i am an elevator mechanic so would it be possible to depleate that fast? or do i just need to eat more carbs on my refeed? I dont know im pretty confused at this point

i am between 5-6%
In your case I would refeed every 3 or 4th day. The leaner you get the more frequent you should do them.![]()

Thanks
I had another question out of curiousity about refeeding....Are sugar alcohols okay on a refeed, or should these be kept at a minimum? Though, lol, with bagels and other yummy refeed foods, I don't see why someone would want sugar alcohols.![]()
I would exclude those out. Focus on "Real Sugary" foods and less than 50 grams of Fructose.![]()

I'd take bagels and pancakes anyday over sugar alcohols.
Besides with sugar alcohols there is usually fat as well and you need to keep fat as low as possible.
