If this transformation doesn't get you motivated to eat and train right, what will?
There are lots of pictures and logs showing his progress.

Royal great link. He devoted a full everyday year to what he was doing. I like that link because that guy pertains to me more. His 6 month progress was phenominal. I couldn't belive how much bf% he lost month to month.Originally posted by TheRoyalOne

He who speaks least, think's most.
The guy is phenomenal in terms of BF%, but he's a bit anal with the diet and the excessive cardio...he needs to gain a few pounds, too, but yeah, incredible transformation, his motivation and drive is very inspiring, considering I'm getting VERY lazy nowadays..
Peace.

Interesting, looks like he pretty much settled into his ideal body weight in about 3 months, and since then it's been an uphill battle to gain muscle.
That's kind of what happened to me. Losing weight is not the hard part - gaining muscle naturally is.
HOLY COW! Did you watch that animation he has? It shows his progress everyday for the whole year. It's pretty impressive. http://www.twowiresthin.com/wl2003/t_ani_1_year.html
I dont know John personally. But we speak.
What some people call obssesive, he calls discipline..
I applaud John and all his work. The man lost 50% of his bodyfat for Christs sake.
If having a better body and focusing every second of your day on it a obsession, then so be it... he got results.
I've spent a couple months obsessed and I can say I'm pretty happy with this little temporary obsession...
