    sandwiches?

    is there a bread that's good to eat while cutting? i've been craving a sandwich of all things. ham sandwich actually. also, what would be considered good ham?

    There are several Low carb breads out there and low carb tortillas. Of course it depends on your diet. If your looking for higher carbs get Whole Grain bread.

    Stick with Turkey.

    I like to make my own bread with all oat flour. Very much like a bowl of oatmeal in bread form.

    It's not posted, I can post it though. However, a bread making machine is needed. Do you have one?

    A good female friend has one. That's close enough. Besides, I can't eat the whole damn loaf myself. I'm sure other members here who are big oatmeal fans will also be interested.
