Could anybody give me a standard nutrition for each day workout please ?

I do bodybuilding for a year but I never start with a good diet nor nutrition until now. So, I would like to plan myself but I do not know the suitable amount of each nutrition that I should eat daily ?

now my bodyweight is 165 lbs, 5' 7". I need to lean fat T_T.

Next question, I heard that there are many type of protien..

    > Amino Acid
    > Whey
    > Protien Shake
    > Soy Protien

I do ever eat protien from white egg, milk, and amino acid 1,000 only, What's different between above protien ? Anybody know where I can find information about its please?

Protein breaks down into amino acids, amino acids are a sligthly faster, much more expensive alternative for a pre/post workout delivery.

Before you ask 50 million questions, please read everything in the stickies at the top of this forum and then post questions if you have any further...they should explain everything you need to know.
