    PWO Shake and next meal?

    How long after your PWO shake do you guys have your first meal? Thanks.

    Deadlift - 315 X 17

    about 1hr. after my post workout shake i eat a real meal.

    I have a shake immediately after my work-out, and I try and wait 30-60 minutes before I eat real food, average time is porbably around 45 minutes.

    Whenever I get home from the gym, which is usually an hour to an hour and a half.
