    My leaning diet Please comment!

    I'm 5'.8" 185lbs. I'm trying to do 40% Pro, 40% carb, 20%Fat.

    From my calculation this is currently
    2262.27 cals
    256 Pro
    197 carb
    48 fat.

    7:00
    2 Scoops of protein with water
    1 tea spoon of Flax
    Steel cut oat 1/2cup

    9:30
    1 Can Tuna Clover Leaf
    1cup Brown Rice long grain

    11:30
    Frozen Green Beans 225gr
    Chicken, breast, 125Gr

    14:30
    2 Scoops of protein with water
    Nuts Almond or Walnuts 25gr

    17:00
    Chicken breast 125gr
    1cup Brown Rice


    18:30
    5 gr of L-Glutamine
    1 scoops Thicken(Dextrose+maltodextrine+1gr Creatine)
    2 Scoops of protein with water

    20:00
    10grNatural Peanuts butter

    Please any comment will be appreciated.

    Should I have a carb replenish day?

    You need to add protein source at last meal. PB is a fat source. Every meal should contain protein.
    I dont think a carb up is needed at this time.

    Thats not a low carb diet so thers no need for a carb up

    Does somebody has an example of a diet that will need carb replenish?

    I would like to see a general example of one week on that kind of diet.

    these are my macros il put the actual foods if u wanna see later. Im 6ft 195 with 16%BF


    Calories 2370
    Protein 232
    Carb 28
    Fat 141

    Do you keep the same macro each day?
    I was reading the "Carbohydrate Cycling by Twin Peak "
    and I would like to have feed back of somebody that have done such a diet?
