And what is flax oil and where do I find it in the grocery store?

Sweet potatoes are fresh not out of a can, those are extremely bad for you.All sugar
Flax oil can be bought at a natural food store. I prefer Fish Oil capsules. Cheaper and provide many more health benefits.
