Fast or Slow metabolism ?
I am finding how much calories I need a day by this method:
Calories: Cut - 10-13 cals per lb of bodyweight Maintain: 13-15 cals per lb of bodyweight Bulk: 15-18 cals per lb of bodyweight Now, I heard that some people can have a very different metabolism, very fast or slow, to find out wich type of metabolism I have, I need to watch how I am doing in the diet or is there another way ? |
