If you're bulking and you're hungry go ahead and eat - just stay within the guidelines of the diet in terms of food choices.

or you could simply eat a bit more at each meal to fill you up until the next one.
I for one know that once I roll back in bulking that my appetite is through the roof, even with the larger amounts of food.

I would just eat .....
I've been blessed with a very high metabolism and I'm always eating to stay content; I do this to the point that I just get sick of eating but I'd take something to maintain bulking

Man, it's not very often I hear of people getting hungry on a bulk. A lot of people have to force feed themselves to get enough calories. If you're hungry I don't think you're eating enough. Like pony boy said go ahead and eat some good stuff.

I'm with Jodi on this one.
I asked a very similar question a few weeks back. I'm also on a "clean" bulk, and I find, even after a 500-600 calorie meal that I can still feel a bit hungry. After two hours, it feels like I haven't eaten in hours sometimes. For example, one of my meals is a full cup of slow-oats, tablespoon of flax oil, and a scoop and a half of whey protein isolate. That clocks in between 500 and 600 calories, and it still doesn't seem satisfying at times ![]() Yet, when I look at what I've eaten at the end of the day, I can still see a minimal of 2500 calories ingested, sometimes up to 3000. I guess it's different for everyone ![]()

The calories they reccommend are just a general guideline.
Everyones metabolism is different. Take your weight and measurements each week and adjust calories and meal accordingly, until you are gaining 1-2 pounds a week. You may have a faster metabolism than a average 180 lb male and require more food to grow.
Obstacles don't have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don't turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.
