    Carb Cycling with milk

    I know milk is not allowed on TP'c carb cycling, but Im craving fiber one with milk! (I rarely crave milk) Any suggestions? How about soy milk? Im planning to try 2 tbs of 1/2 n 1/2 mixed with water. Anything pleeze!

    I used to do Fiber One with soy milk. The soy milk I buy only has 2g carbs per cup, and I only use 1/2 a cup at any one time, so that's only a gram of sugar, nothing to worry about. It's pretty damn tasty soy milk, too, almost as creamy as the real thing, and 1/12th of the carbs, plus some good protein and essential fats in there, too. Do you have it with cottage cheese, too? That's another great way to have Fiber One.

    I mix vanilla whey protein in a lil water and pour that over Fiber 1.. add a few berries. YUMM

    I just blend the Fibre one into my Vanilla Protein powder and down it.

    Thats just me though!

    Mix water and milk protein isolate. Add low/no cal sweetener if needed. That should fit under most diet protocols.

    Why don't you just do soy milk? All these suggestions seem so troublesome...regular unsweetened soy milk tastes good and is cheap in Chinatown. Plus, there's about 2-4g of carbs per cup, with 1g of it being fiber.
