    Wheat Chex

My new favorite snack! Me and the wife ate a whole box this week. No milk or anything added, just Chex right out of the box.

    1 cup:
    180 calories
    1g fat
    40g carbs, 5g fiber, 5g sugar, 30g other carbs
    5g protein

Kind of high in calories, but not a bad snack when you are dying for something crunchy. Plus, they are made with 100% whole wheat. And my colon appreciates it.

I bought mine at my grocery store- Food Emporium. Most grocers are starting to carry some Atkins products. Vitamin Shoppe is another option.

Its a smaller box than reg cereal and was on sale for $2.99. Add some low carb milk and I am telling you it was a fuqqqing kick ass bowl of cereal. Certainly beats my reg cereal- Fiber One.

    I highly recommend it.

Its milk, in skim, 1% or 2%, that is low in carbs/sugar and higher in protein.(12g per 1 cup). I couldnt find it at first either. Its a little more $ than reg milk, but worth it.
Some stores I know that carry it are:
    StopnShop
    Walmart
    Food Emporium
    Safeway

Def worth checking out. Its basically milk casein protein and water. They even make a chocolate flavor
