Difference between brown and normal rice. What is it ?

Rice I overpriced, called natural, I think that it is the brown one.
Rice II, the normal one, very white.

the GI index. brown rice is more complex, takes longer to digest and doesnt have as great an impact on insulin as white rice does.

I find brown rice is MUCH cheaper. I just get a huge 5Lb bag and its only a couple of dollars. Whit rice is not "normal" it is quite processed, and then bleached.

Heh, me too...And the fact that brown rice takes a while to cook.

That is the only thing I hate about brown rice. But I just let the rice cooker do that work.
