    Getting ready to bulk..

Okay, i've only got two months left in my competition season (for powerlifting) and i'd really like to bulk when i'm done. I've completed a workout that'll i'll use during this process. But aside from knowing I need to up my carbs and protein I have no idea where to start on a diet. So if anyone could give me some advice or ideas or even an example diet for a TRUE bulking period i'd love that THANKS!
