My best suggestion isnt going to go on some crazy crash diet but rather to really clean up your eating. Meaning try to stay away from any foods that are prepackaged, anything with alot of sodium, etc. Keep artifical sweetners at a low, since some people can retain water from there. speaking of water, drink TONS more then normal, this will help to flush out your system. lots of veggies as well, to fiber to absorb toxins in your body..
hmm try to not get stressed, that can hault progress and my coach told me last nite that when we're stressed we hold water (not sure exactly why). keep daily low, as lactose(milk sugars) tend to make some peoples skin appear thicker, holding a bit more water as well. get in enough cardio, but not too much.. hot the weight intensly and get lots of beauty rest hun!
Post your diet in your journal daily and Ill be more than happy to help you go over it!

Stop drinking water for 2 days.

Now serious... a health diet is always the answer, try to get your caloric;macronutrients right.
While in the water subject, what causes water retention ?
Is that why sodium is bad?

Umm...if you're a bridesmaid, you're going to be in one of those big poofy dresses - nobody is going to be seeing your cuts except in the arms.

Plus, IMO all women look hot in those dresses, as long as they aren't some nasty brown colour. You're getting your hair and makeup done professionally - so you'll look great - why stress about your leanness?
