What are some things u can do to put on pounds? I weight 170 and want to be minimum 200, do i just eat as much as i can or do i try to go for fatty foods? and also whats better eating alot say like 6 meals a day or having only like 4 meals but eating a ton during the 4 opposed to the normal 6.

your total calories need to be increased.... start out small and work your way up, be patient and keep a balanced diet, take in more carbs and more protein and mainly healthy fats... careful of too much saturated fat and make sure you aren't getting ANY Transfats...

Just slowly increase your overall daily consumption of HEALTHY nurtritous food. eatting a ton of junk for added calories isnt going to get you the body that you want. adding weight takes time. if you stick to more good wholesome foods you can guarnatee that your meeting nutrient requirments for growth and trying to limit fat gains and risking putting your own health at stake too.![]()
