I guess you could have some kind of lean meat, that just seems kinda of nasty for breakfast.

the other problem is that I can't have dairy or nuts. The only protein shakes I tolerate are Egg Protein.
Do I have any other options?

    Protein Pancakes!!!

    1/2-3/4 cup oats
    1/2 cup cottage cheese
    Protein Powder-optional
    1-2 egg whites
Vanilla, cinnamon, baking powder, baking soda, splenda

Blend oats. Add cottage cheese, egg whites, spices and protein powder. You might have to add water to blend eaiser. Fry in a pan sprayed with pam like a pancake. Eat with sf jam or suryp, its so good you could even eat it plain! Be careful though, these are very addicting!

Heh I usually eat chicken every morning for breakfast.

I have eaten eggs (10-12 for breakfast) and oatmeal everyday for the past couple years. I don't hate it but I don't love it either anymore. I just eat for results though. If I am in a rush I have tuna with mayo and brown rice....mmm, nothing like waking up to that!!
