    Get Sugar free gum
As for your sauces, small amounts are ok. My dressing has 2g sugar. However, things like BBQ sauce are too high in sugar.
what kind of sacues are you using?

A guy here at work lost somewhere around 100 pounds in less than a year. When I asked how, the first thing he said was he consumed 0g of sugar.
I've personally cut back on sugar signifigantly and my body loves it. Other than the dextrose in my creatine and a little in my protein shake, I get less than 20g/day

I'd say I take in about 75g sugar while bulking and less than 20g while cutting...

20g seems like a very controlled amount of sugar per day...

Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

well, imagine about 5-6 servings of nuts/peanut butter a day... that right there is a ton... I drink non fat milk... so none there... I'm very good about eating lean meat sources, so not too much from that... lots of turkey, chicken, etc... i guess I should be keeping better track of my bulk... but I really just eat all the time... I'm realizing that now that I don't sit around all day, I can eat quite a bit without gaining any weight... which makes me think I'm sort of a hardgainer or at least have some of those qualities...

Man, I just looked at my sugar intake, if not for the Phosphagen that I take, I would have well under 10-15 grams of sugar a day, but with it, I have a ton in my system.

Should I cut the Phosphagen out?
