    How many calories per 1g of fiber ?

    Shoud I use only Fats, Carbs, Protein, to calculate my caloric intake?

    No need to calculate cals from fiber.

    Does this mean that if on a food label, it shows 100 kcals and 2g of fiber, that there are only 92kcals or do they all ready take into account that the fiber has no caloric value?

    Some People subtract it from the carbs. Im not one of those people though.

    I don't believe so.

    That's how most of the low cal/low carb breads work. You don't lose much volume, but you do lose simple carbs and overall calorie count with all the extra fiber...
