Champions aren't made in gyms. Champions are made from something they have deep inside them: A desire, a dream, a vision. They have to have last-minute stamina, they have to be a little faster, they have to have the skill and the will. But the will must be stronger than the skill.

it doesnt matter. if you want fast results, take alongside carbs, helps to shuttle it into muscles faster. but that, and even the "loading" phase in not nec. just makes it quicker.

is flavored water just like some type of artificial sweetner+water

    if so then yeah

you also want to drink more water. 1- 2 gallons.

yeap, just drink more water. I don't even bother taking my creatine with sugar while loading, you need an insulin response equivilant to 100g of dextrose, or 40g dextrose 40g whey which is why its best to take it post workout.

Also DONT pre mix the creatine. It is unstable in liquid form.

You'd be better off just throwing the creatine in the shake before drinking it. I'm not positive about the time frame though.

you could just throw the dry mix of creatine and protein in your water bottle, and add the water once you get to the gym
