I use Walden Farm's sugar free fat free calorie free dressings. I am sure it's not completley calorie free - but it's low enough for me. If I can't afford that then I use either salsa (not too much) or mustard. Mustard used to be a huge part of my diet but now I've eaten so much of it - I get sick now when i smell it.

I use a red wine or balsamic vinaigrette, and I use so little of it, the calories really don't matter. Generally speaking, anything mayo based is BAD.

vinegar...or do without dressing...sometimes a bit of lemon juice is good too!

you can add flax oil too if you want extra calories....just depends on what type of diet you are on...just watch the calories!

hmm I have yet to try balsamic vinegar... I chug back ACV before my carb meals and think thats disgusting(Jodi your weird to actaully like it! )

Ill either have salsa, extra virgin olive oil or just add spices. no dressings. blah too many added sugars and fats and sodium for my liking.

I like cider vinegar with 1tbsp of flax (not really low calorie but good for you).
