    Calorie Cycling... Opinions?

What do you guys think of calorie cycling? In other words maybe something along these lines:

    Day 1: 2.5-3K calories
    Day 2: 3-3.5K calories
    Day 3: 3.5-4K calories

This would be roughly for myself, weighing around 210 - 215 lbs. or so.

I am going to see what happens Jen like I said elsewhere, with day 1 aiming for around 2.5K calories, day 2 aiming for 3.5K calories, and then day 3 aiming for a big 4.5K thousand calories.

I am wondering if I should maybe somehow incorporate refeeding into the higher calorie days?

Id defintly make your 4.5k day lower in fat, higher in carbs and then when you drop back to 2.5k drop the carbs some.

Yeah exactly Jen, this is what I was thinking myself. As the calories go up, make the fat more low / moderate, and then on the low-calorie day maybe do low / moderate carbs and moderate fat.
