You should shoot for at least 1 to 1.5 grams of protein per pound of bodyweight, and divide this evenly across your meals.
I've been thinking of a 150-200 g of protein diet and was wondering what would be the best way to split this:
1. 3-4 meals @ 50 g protein each
2. 6 meals @ 25-35 g protein each (this would be easier for me to follow...)

Hooray! I really wanted 2 go for number 2 as well but I was unsure. This is great news since it would have been rather hard for me to eat 50 g of protein/ meal.![]()
