Time To Cut!

Ok so I was reading through the stickies and such. And was wondering what has worked for you guys/gals? I read the carb cycling and noticed there are no stict guidlines to it. Would I be best to just to make a micro breakdown of the amounts and make my own meal design up? I tend to do best with a little bit of a stricter meal design so I know what I can and cannot eat at certain times.

Or would the one by dp and w8 in the sticky be best for me because this is the first LMB retaining cut I've been on? I seem to have mastered bulking and am due for the cut.

So if anyone could help me out to the new task of cutting I would be greatful.

You don't think carb cycling has strict guidlines? I certain do. Only certain things on certain days however, it is my own personal preference for cutting because it works best for me..

You know how go about this. Find one that looks good or make up your own. Find what works for you.

It has strict guidlines as to what days you can have carbs and such but it doesn't have like a strict "you have to eat this and that at these times". I will most likely go with that one but was wondering what ya'll sugested for a noob like me

I eat those foods now though. I read through the entire list and found nothing I haven't already been eating for the past 6 months. I think I missed out on some good food eatin in my bulk cycle I just had carbs every day spread out throughout the day. I guess later tonight when I get home I'll have to do the math for what I can eat and amounts etc.

No you didn't miss out. You did a clean bulk so to keep fat gain to a min. You would have to cut alot longer right now if you didn't eat clean while bulking. Bulking or cutting - its the same foods, its just the quantities change.
