Well, not my problem I guess. Your the one that will have alot more fat to lose afterwards, not me.

over bulking is really a double edged sword... you might have plenty of nutrients in your body at all times and you may gain quite a bit of weight... but with the extra fat you gain, while cutting you will have a greater chance to lose more LBM... which is the reason you bulked in the first place... either way, like Jodi said... it's not my problem...

Exactly! I don't bust my ass in the gym while bulking just to lose it all during a cut.

Homer: Hey! I saved your life! That egg sandwich could have killed you by cholesterol.
Lenny: Pfft, forget it, Homer. While it has been established that eggs contain cholesterol, it has not yet been proven conclusively that they actually raise the level of serum cholesterol in the human
    blood stream.

I have to keep a high caloric diet for a while before seeing weight gain. I honestly could eat all the nastiest shit, junkiest food, and stuff for probally 2-3 days without seeing any fat gains. My diet is basically 2 meals outta 6 are dirty ( High trans. fats / sugars ) and the rest are decently clean. EFA's taken with every meal. uhh yeah.

I believe almost everybody's forearm is bigger than their bicep... since the bicep is quite small in comparison to the tricep... being only 1/3 of my upper arm... the bicep itself is probably only 5-6" and my forearm is definitely bigger than that...
