    Foods For Bulking

Grr, I was going to cut for my big wrestling match but my trainer said it'd be the best idea for my build and such to gain the mass and strength and bulk up for the next year or so, so I'm wondering on what kind of foods would be best to eat alot, this is what I've got so far, comments are welcome and it'd be great if anyone had any ideas o nwhat foods:

    Whole Wheat Pancakes, no syrup
    Ham, fat removed
    Lean Ground Beef
    Steak
    Eggs
    Grapefruit
    Apples
    Oranges

Thats about all I've got, not counting TP's list of fibrous veggies, anyone have any ideas on what foods would be good for a nice clean slow bulk and when would be the best times to eat, etc.?

    Thanks

What I try to go by. Is eating like you’ve never eaten before. With a good weight routine. Usually I try to eat complex carbs for bulking. Rice, Whole wheat bread, pasta, Steaks, Chicken and turkey. Make sure you eat often. I try to keep my stomach full. Try making a big breakfast every day.

If you eat clean, and workout regularly with some cardio, would 15% bf be to high of a bf before of a bulk? Like would it put the weight up, like actual fat up higher?
