    Carb Cycling?

Ok so I went and figuired out everything I would need for a reduced food cut. I am at 178lb 5'6" rite now. I would need 178 protein, carbs, and 40 fats. But with carb cyling should I only use that for the mid day? Because for one day they say you can eat as much as you want and the other day it is none. So should I just measure it out for that one day?

Also all thats left is eating a piece of fruit with almost every meal to replenish the liver, and 3 cups of veggies a day.

As much protein as I want as long as its not over the top because that creates fat gains.

Carb up days I eat 4 meals with as much carbs as I want while the other 2 have none, just protein (and veggies).

Moderate carb day is the same except I measure the carbs out correct? That would be 178 carbs in 3 meals? That seems a bit high no?

No carb day is strictly meat and veggies all day correct?

Sorry I tend to read things differently hen msot and was hoping you guys could look it over and make sure I'm set to go. Thanks Ya'll

Sorry I edited your post on accident I fixed it though. Hers my reply:

Carbs should only be measured on LOW day. NO day has zero carbs to measure and HIGH day you are to eat until satisfied.

Also all thats left is eating a piece of fruit with almost every meal to replenish the liver, and 3 cups of veggies a day.

Fruit is not eaten at every meal- its only eaten with your carb meals...

As much protein as I want as long as its not over the top because that creates fat gains.

[b]Right- 1.5grams -give or take-per pound of BW is good.[b]

Carb up days I eat 4 meals with as much carbs as I want while the other 2 have none, just protein (and veggies).

    No, the other two days:
    1. LOW day. Your BW dived by 3 meals= carbs per meal(3)
    2. NO day. Only veggies are consumed. No other carbs.

Moderate carb day is the same except I measure the carbs out correct? That would be 178 carbs in 3 meals? That seems a bit high no?
178 carbs DIVIDED by 3 meals, about 60g per meal.
Fat and proetin are the smae everyday. Just the carb amounts change daily.

No carb day is strictly meat and veggies all day correct?
    Plus your fats

Just a quick question here. I pretty much have everything worked out now but was wondering, with my eggs should I just eat white or throw in yolkes like I have been? I ussually eat 2 full eggs and 3 whites w/ a half cup oatmeal. Theres alot of fat in the yolkes however and was wondering if I should just use all whites.

Also for a no carb day should I eat fruit??

    No carb day=NO FRUIT!!

The egg yolks would depend if that is your higher 'fat' meal or not.

Well my other meals are pretty clean with lean meats and tuna. The only other thing I eat with fat is my natty pb with my cottage cheese before bed. Other then that I think its pretty clean.

K kewl about the fruit, thats what I thought but wanted to make sure heh.

this is totally up to you but i'd suggest having the cottage cheese on low and high carb days - not your no carb ones

No I have not yet started, I need to go to the store and buy some meats first. I have nothing in the house rite now and am living ontuna. I miss my boiled chicken.

PB and eggs sounds good but its cheaper for me to just mix in the yolk, I'm a poor highschool student.

On a carb cycle, does anyone know how the fruit affects the liver?
Is the fruit to make you feel full or keep the body in a fed balance?
Half an apple is about right?
My trainer said that it is not necessary because sugar is sugar?
Ive avoided fruit the last two years for some reason.

I believe it helps replenish the liver keeping your body in a full and satisfied state. Just eat the whole apple, theres nothing wrong with it unless its a huge apple. The only time you eat the fruit however is when you have carbs in a meal.

The fruit is for a few things- to send to FED signal as well as help making you feel fuller faster and refill liver glycogen.

Sugar is not Sugar!!!! Fruit is very healthy for you, is the right quantity.

That so pisses me off - stupid trainers.
