Oats and a tablespoon of honey for me.

On weekends I might have some free range eggs scrambled with hash browns I made from real potatoes or even sweet potatoes.
Today I can do what others will not so that tomorrow I will do what others cannot.

Oatmeal goes in the microwave - just follow the directions and then add the honey when it's hot and it dissolves in. If you don't have one then I believe you can use boiled water.

1/2 cup LF cottage cheese, 1/2 cup Dannon Lit'n Fit Yogurt, 1/2 cup fiber one cereal all mixed together. It's pretty dang good!! I like to mix my cottage cheese and yogurt together first and put in in the freezer for about 30 minutes and then mix in the fiber one and top with some FF whip cream. Or, you can mix in some SF jam or some natural peanut butter.

oatmeal is awesome... and so easy to make... just toss 1/2 a cup of oats and 1 cup of water into a bowl, nuke it, add 1 pack of sweetner and you're good to go... can be prepared in less than 2 minutes

Whats for breakfast. Usually anything I can either blend, poor milk on or toast. I eat breakfast like its my last meal. Hell I probably can eat more for breakfast on a hungry day , than some people can in an entire day!
