bars are THE WORST option for breakfast!!!
get in some complex carbs AND lean protein!!
i.e if you eat oats.. have the eggs TOO!!![]()
thats what I have.. old fashioned oats sweetened with splenda/cinnamon or vanilla and 10 eggwhites/1 yolk.
the mix of complex carbs and lean protein will give you a steady flow of energy for the morning until your next meal and tie you over since both are slower digesting.
