    Yogurt

Wow, anyone try the Dannon Light 'N Fit Carb Control yogurt? I guess it comes in Peaches and Cream, Strawberries and Cream, Vanilla, and Rasberries and Cream. It's 60 calories, 3 grams of fat, and 3 carbs per 4 oz. serving. I tried some today and it's really good. However, I am skeptical about the macros.

Hmm. Anyone know how reliable this info is?

LOL, I'm still excited that I found CarbCountdown milk and can drink it again. If these macros are right, I can now have yogurt too.

Hrmm I been staying away from yogurt due to carbs and sugar but that looks mighty fine.

Only thing I am wondering is whats in those 2 grams of saturated fat.

Ah Costco wouldn't have the milk or yogurt. They carry bulk food items and this would be classified as a more "specialized food" that is generally not sold in bulk. As for Sobey's, never heard of it.

Oh ya, Costco has groceries, but they tend not to carry certain brands that you would find at a regular grocery store.
