Don't give up ! You will catch on eventually. The links to the sites that you were given are helpful sites, not meant to trick you. I'm assuming your young since your in P. E. still so I'll give you some basic advice, because you probably don't need to be taking supplements at your age.

Your meals are fine, you just need to add a few things.

    7:00AM - 3 Eggs
    *2 egg whites, veggies
    *add some oatmeal
    8:58AM - GYM
12:10PM - Chicken Patty without the bread and salad with sort of veggies
*add a piece of fruit, maybe an apple
3:00PM - MILE RUN, CARDIO WORK. Till 4:45 to 5:00PM is when I stop.
    5:10PM - Tuna + Lite Mayo + Musturd + Onions
*add a piece of lite whole wheat bread
    7:00PM - Peanut Butter + Celluary
    9:00PM - Brocili + Cheese + Cottage Cheese + Chicken Bits.
^^ Those are monday, wednesday, and friday

You need more carbs, just add good carbs. You actually need more than what I have listed most likely, but I'm sure some of the others will help you out!!

Good luck and don't give up!

You dont have to buy just egg whites. Every egg has an egg white. Just crack the egg open and let all of the clear stuff drip out into a bowl. Almost like using a slinky with each egg shell once its craced open and then discard the yoke. It is not the hard to do and with practice its gets really easy.

If you don't like regular oatmeal, the flavored ones are fine, but you should just try to flavor your own. Just add some cinnamon, splenda, SF syrup and raisins or other fruit of your choice to it and I'll bet you'll like it. Brown rice is also a good carb for you to eat.

    6. Complex Carbohydrates
Complex carbs with lots of fiber should be consumed in proper proportion for maximum health and vitality. Carbs provide us with strength in the gym by filling our glycogen stores for our muscles future use. Complex carbs with lots of fiber are rich sources of necessary vitamins and minerals as well as enzymes.
