    Chicken Soft Taco

    What do you all think about this as far as ok too eat? Just Chicken, lettuce, cheese, and soft taco, no sour cream or anything.

    Just wondering?

    One has to wonder if Taco Bell uses real cheese and how much fat is in it.

    If you make it yourself, probably not a problem.

    If you are getting it from a fast food place (Taco Bell, which IS american food, not mexican) then I'd probably stay away from it.

    Anyone ever notice how taco bell just takes mexican names for food and applies it to something that isn't it?

    you'd be WAY better off making your own. way less sodium and risk of "unknown" things in there! lol
