    Unhappy Need help weight loss

well, its been a while since i have asked for help but since my time and efforts have not helped me at all i have to beg that a kind person will help me again. I have done evrything to the letter, i had a complete diet eating healthy, running everyday etc... my weight used to be at 230 lb not its at 225 lb, the only good thing is that my body fat went down but this is not what i wanted.

People say atkins is bad, keto diets are bad so actually all diets are bad. I need for someone to go out of the bodybuilding mode for a minute, and be able to help me.

I am not looking to be a bodybuilder, the only thing i have wanted is to be thin and with a perfect figure. Can someone imagine a girl at 230 lb? please help me i am tired of poeple telling me how beautiful my face is and my body is not.

I cant say i didnt try because i did, and i really did. Please is someone could help me loose weight without gaining mass muscle please..... i only want to loose the fat please.

my bodyfat is at 30 % please help.

Carla, last time you posted I suggested many things to you and listed many links to read........No one can say any particular diet is BAD, they are not, each of us use what works best for us, Keto is a great diet, used short term as well as Atkins, many many people have lost with these diets and have maintained their healthy bodies for many years, it's a matter of attitude and discipline, try something different if your not losing, you'll find what works best for you, I would definitely recommend Keto, TKD or CKD, they are great diets and they work regardless of what others say here.......

Again here are some links for you......

    Keto

    Another

    low carb

    CKD

    Di Pasquale

    To track your food intake....Fitday

I would also suggest starting a journal, others would be able to see your diet and training and be able to help you with it, take care and good luck.......

I'm a little confused... In Nov, I assume you started a Cutting program (based on the other tread). You also said you were 45% BF at the time... now you are 30%! I'd say something worked!

I am at about 30% BF and am about to begin a Carb Cycling program designed by Twin Peak (referenced in Jodi's article)

Maybe we can track our progress together?

Could you post a sample of what you eat now on a daily basis (include time and amount) along with your workouts (weights and reps)?
Only time will tell if it was time well spent!

karla. you seem to be hyperinsulemic. that is, you enjoy food, feel hungry often, dont respond to mediocre diets and respond fairly bad to exercise routines. You seem to do the diets that work with other people, but dont work on you. same with exercises. You seem to have the desire and the willingness to be as lean as you want to be, and you are searching hard enough for the truth. You got everything to be as skinny as you want to be.

First. you must diet, but amazingly you wont feel hungry if you do the right diet. If your are very organized go for "The Zone". I still dont know a single person that had done this diet and not gotten skinny. If you dont like to do the numbers the go for "The south beach diet".

If your fat deposits are mainly in the thighs and gluteus (pear shape) then be alert for estrogenic fat accumulation (cut out anything that sounds like soy) and maybe a doctor can prescribe hormonal treatment.
After dieting for a couple of months then you could start a physical fitness program. Last but not least, cut out sexual relationships if youre not married, they do have a negative effect over your appearance, supported by research.
