    How does this diet look lean mass

    I am tring to put on lean mass but dont know where to add the cals. I am 150 lbs 6%bf and since summer isnt that far away i want to remain lean and add some more size.

    meal 1 430 am
    1/2 c oatmeal
    6 egg whites
    1/2 cup allbran

    5:30 workout

    6:30 post1
    25 g wpi
    24 g dex

    8:00 am post2
    2 slices ww breat
    5 egg whites
    2 slices ff cheese

    10:00am
    same as 1

    1pm
    2 tbls canola mayo
    can tuna
    2 cups dark salad

    4pm
    nitro tech bar ( i know but it easily fits into my sch.)

    7PM
    6 oz lean meat Trukey
    2 cups broc.
    low carb wrap

    10pm
    30 g pm protien
    1 tbls natty pb

    it is only like 2200 cals
    54% p 271g
    28% c 202g
    17%f 40g

    i am going to train with a mod hst training 5x week
    1x hit cardio

    i free day to eat whatever i want
    i have a slow met and i maintain at like 1900 cal

    if you maintain at 1900 cals then that number of cals looks pretty good to start. You willl have to raise the cals as you get bigger becasue your maintenace level will be going up. In meal 1 drop the all bran and add more egss and poast workout add another scoop of protein. You can easily use 40-50g of whey there.

    thanks P- funk should i add whole eggs or more whites?

    defenitly some whole eggs. I eat 6 whites and 4 whole eggs and 1c of oats for breakfast every day
