    What is the big problem with sodium?

    Ways to cut it from my diet?

    Don't add it to anything.

    I mean sodium is not too bad you still need some in the diet. While bulking its pretty good because its act like creatine keeping water in the muscle.

    Causes high blood pressure,water retention,and could cause kidney problems.

    Actually sodium intake only affects roughly 5% of the population when it comes to controlling B.P. so i wouldn't sweat it, I pile it on b/c it tastes good
