protein?
I've bee manipulating my diet for a while now..and this is my breakdowns...
32% protein (weight x 1.5): 270g, 1080 calories 53% carbs (weight x *2.5): 450g, 1800 calories 14% fat (weight x *0.3): 54g, 486 calories u think i should lower the protein intake to 1? where will all this extra protein go (fat i suppose, so too much of everything will become fat...) ? so... any ideas of the breakdowns? |

As far as anything turning into fat, it just has to do with extra calories, does not matter where they come from.
