Sara, why don't you try to skip all the bars and fake foods and go straight to clean, balanced food?

I agree. ditch the bars... they are terrible for you! all those sugar alcohols will lead to more cravings.
Why not try some oatmeal in the morning? or Fiber 1 cereal?

Mmm me too! Fiber 1 is great! I love pouring vanilla whey protein over it and then adding some berries!

I know guys.. I have fiber one, uncle sam's cereal, and oatmeal at home... and I love them all
when I'm at school all day, I need something to eat in class, when my classes are 2 1/2 hours long..
I'll skip the bar, it is high in fat and sugar alc.
but I like the Atkin's cereal, (Morning cereal almond crunch) not high in fat and not high in sugar alc.
