kidney or liver problems?
Hey u all.... i recently had a blood test and im fine except i have a bit too much nitrogen in my blood...some doctors think its cause i have taken too much protein in the past few weeks. The thing is....i dont that much protein i mean comparable to most other bodybuilders...i might take in as many protein grams as my body weight inb pounds.....usually less than that.....whats the deaL?

Basically you took too much too soon
You're body will need to increase synthesis of the enzymes that deal with excess nitrogen in the liver
That will take about a week to increase
I would suggest going up in protein intake slowly so that you can deal with all the nitrogen
Although very unlikely- in cases of people starving- too much protein can kill them b/c of the ammonia that results in the blood due to the inability to deal with it
