I want swordfish
As far as the chili - who cares if its not low carb. Especially if its beans. As long as its not extremely high in fat.
I have some left over broiled swordfish (.5 lbs) and a ton of beef chili (not low carb)
I did 50 min of cardio this morning, and a rep lifting day. Which would be best?
