    Learning about bulking...

18lbs in 4 weeks... 172-190... I'm so f'n fat... my size 34 jeans fit perfect like my size 32 jeans did before the bulk... I feel a bit fuller all over... I'm eating about 5k-6k a day... lots of whole milk, protein shakes, and peanut butter and jelly sandwichs, crazy amounts of cereal...

I have four more weeks and I'm wondering if I can get to 200lbs before I start cutting...

I know this is stupid and not the most efficient way to bulk to keep your gains, I know I'll keep some... but let me just say mentally it's been a nice break and actually kind of fun...

Diet is very high protein, very high fat very high carb... haha... I eat every 2 hours, almost a full meal... lots of carbs, lots of nuts and peanut butter...

To be 100% honest though, when i started i was 172 with VERY little water weight... so I'm sure at least 4-5 lbs is pure water weight gain...

Some people have to eat like that or they just don't get bigger. If I don't eat 4-6 meals per day each consisting of 2-3 oversized portions of food, then I don't get bigger. Holy crap though, 18 pounds in one month is quite a lot of weight to gain.

Ok, honestly, my new diet is

TONS of whole milk, TONS of peanut butter and jelly sandwichs on whole wheat bread, chicken, tuna, Kashi cereal, bran flakes, SUBWAY, gourmet chicken, bean, and rice burritos... pretty much anything i can get my hands on that's not pure sugar...

I am getting much stronger, plateau? huh? not here... only thing that's getting harder is Pullups, chins, and dips... my body weight has added difficulty here....

what's funny is people don't see you without your shirt on, all they see is your swollen arms... they're like wow... cuz, you know, you don't lose definition in your arms that quick... they just look nice and full... i'd say i get more attention being fat then lean... only difference is before I'd gladly bust out my abs... I won't be doing that for a while... haha...

The purpose of bulking is to gain muscle, not fat.
Bulking is not a license to go out and binge on junkfood.
