    Atkins Cereal

    Im looking for a differnet cereal to eat, rather than fiber one wich is beginning to taste like cardboard to me. Anyone reccomend the atkins cereals? And is it worth it pay $10 a box online? (cant find it in stores)

    Have you tried the Atkins milk? The choc. taste just like real choc. milk.

    I doubt I can have kashi cereal, and they dont sell uncle sams here. And, 'low' or 'no' carb milk is nowhere to be found in my city Jodie-I WISH. I guess Im stuck with cardboard, oops I mean fiber one.

    HEB Has the Aktins milk. Choc and reg white milk. I tried some of Craig's. It was pretty good. I think only 3 carbs.

    It may not be Atkins Milk..i think it is called carb countdown...but it does have the atkins logo on it to show it is approved for his diet.

    if you do decide to try some dont go crazy with it....only use it as a treat...or mix some with your protein shake to make it taste better.....i dont always trust those labels, especially when it tastes that damn good!
