    I need a meal alternative...

    For my 4th meal of the day I normally eat a trioplex meal replacement bar and 1 oz of salt free roasted peanuts. I need an alternative to that so I don't have to worry about the sugar inside it.

    how about some cottage cheese with the nuts mixed in or some Fiber 1 cereal. thats easy!

    Protein shake. All you need is p powder and water, very easy!
