    Diet motivation thread

I think I need shock therapy
    I've been a freakin pig all week <Oink!> <Oink!> <Oink!>

Today I had dinner at the Harvest Table Buffet and ate like it was my last meal . First, the fried chicken, then the roast beef, then a nice fat piece of corn bread, baby corn dogs,
a pudding, sweet cherry cobler that just melted in my mouth .
Now this was a snack, then I really started to eat

I think we need to setup an IM Help Group... maybe call it IM PIGS anonomous Or shock therapy.. Everytime you think of any of these foods your gets the juice...

    Help! Help! Help!

Is there enough smileys in here? Hmmmmm

Yeah, man, you can do it.

    Keep this formula in mind:

    H-A-L-T

People have the hardest time when Hungry, Angry, Lonely, or Tired. That's when we all fall back. If you can recognize these states, you can do something about it before you do something you regret.

My solution (might not be the most healthy, but it works), is to take an ECA or drink a strong cup of coffee and eat something small.

Also, there's something called a satiety index that ranks how full different foods make you feel. Some Atkins lovers might say too much sugar, but Apples rank pretty high and they're a lot healthier than fried chicken.

I'm also taking Guggol/Foskolin and CLA, and it seems to crush my appetite.

There are also lots of mental strategies...like pre-visualizing yourself overcoming temptations, posting motivational photos or phrases.

Also, keeping healthy snacks within reach at all times can do wonders. So can sexual release! (not kidding!)

And Jersey, Yes they have these kewl little mini corn dogs.
I never seen em before. They are like little mini hot dogs that are breaded. Your right though, now is the time to cut big time..

Just think about those three fat pigs. If you don't wanna look like 'em, don't eat like one! O.K., at least don't make a habit of it.

I might suggest placing pictures of yourself around your kitched or other places you might be tempted... that might help with the "motivation"
