Exclamation Help - My Trainer Bailed on Me!!!

I am 9 weeks out from a figure comp. My trainer bailed on me (see details in my journal.. A New Life with No Boundaries).
He was supposed to give me a new diet and test my bf today but completely blew me off! I was supposed to get a new diet but he kept putting me off everytime I called and so I have just been stress eating and I missed a couple workouts the past few days.

I am 16% BF now that is my best guesstimate. I want to get to 10% in 9 weeks....impossible????

I need some help figuring out what my diet and training should be now. I was thinking of doing TP's Carb Cyling Diet but
I need some help setting it up for a precontest regimen...I would say I have 10-12 lbs of FAT to lose! What do you guys think???

    TY

I would try and get a hold of Jodi or Leslie, they are both awesome at this kind of advice.
    Are you kidding me????

IMO it will be difficult to loose 12 lbs just of fat in 9 weeks. You can reduce your weight in 12 lbs but you will loose a lit bit of muscle too.

But yes, wait for Jodi or other Moderator they are more experienced than me.

Jstar...loosing down to 10% is very doable with the right diet and cardio program.

You don't need that trainer. You've come to the right place. If you dont mind me asking why would he bail on you? That really rotten of him or her.

Seriously, thank you all for your input on this.

Vieope - I've PM'd Jodi already & I am going to try to come up with a diet to get started on for tomorrow. I wouldn't want somebody to get me a diet from scratch. Yeah my goals are a little aggressive but hopefully still doable.

Greeky - TY I NEEDED to hear that! No more stressing, promise!

Jodi#2 - Ah, a HUGE vote of confidence, just what I need. Thanks hun!

Don - I know I am in the right place. If it wasn't for IM I would be totally lost right now!...I don't know why he ditched me but he has shown signs of it since a few weeks ago (last week not showing up, promising to email my diet and never sending it, not returning my messages). This was sort of the last straw. I should have gave it up a while ago but I am an incredibly forgiving person, patient too! But this was it! I know he has been busy training this sports team lately but if he can't make it he should call. I hate people who make promises they know they have no intentions of
keeping!!! Apparently, when I went to meet him today he had another client waiting outside for him too...he double-booked us both at 2 and then never showed up!!! The absolute best thing I can do now is enter this comp, go down there in the best condition I can and not let him take any my hard work away from me. This is war...

Jodi is in Vegas for a bit. She will be back soon.
Have you read TP's article? Jodi and I have both succesfully used the carb cycle for our figure comps. Its an easy plan that requires little tweaking....
